Returns

We will exchange or refund any item up to 90 days after purchase provided that the product is in brand new resaleable condition.

Please return your item(s) to us using our returns card or with a brief covering letter, remembering to include your order details so that we can easily locate your order.

We would be grateful if you could protect the retail packaging inside a box or bag.

World of Clogs will pay to send any items in exchange, but it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the cost of return.
